Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Beyondizmai website and software service. Beyondizmai is the trading name of Carl Willett, a sole trader in the United Kingdom.
Contact: hello@beyondizmai.co.uk
Business address: 102 Phillpott Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 4RL
Beyondizmai is software, not an agency. By requesting a plan, paying for a product, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. This page is plain-English information about our commercial terms; it is not a substitute for legal advice tailored to you.
2. The service
We provide productised software for continuous technical SEO hygiene — not a hosting care plan and not full agency SEO. Depending on what you buy, local programmatic tools scan your site URL, synthesise alternative text for unoptimised images, repair in-scope technical elements (ALT text, image filenames/titles, broken images and on-site 404s, H1/H2 hierarchy, basic crawl hygiene, safe image compress), and publish changes using credentials you supply after payment — or, for custom HTML/React sites, deliver a file of code fixes for your developer. Out of scope: content writing, link building, keyword strategy, ads, redesign, hosting, ranking guarantees, and invented fine amounts or “legal immunity” claims.
Published offers (as on the landing page; plain £ only, no VAT labels):
- Core Technical Repair — £129 once; one-off technical repair and PDF report (tightly capped to that deliverable).
- Technical Site Guard — £149 per month early-bird, including scheduled weekly Sunday maintenance (new-image compress and ALT tagging as described on the site). Early-bird price £149 per month: locked for as long as the subscription stays active; if you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current list price applies.
- Free 15-minute Zoom — optional conversation; does not replace checkout or onboarding.
- In-person meeting — £200 per hour, billed on Stripe; still does not replace automated checkout or encrypted onboarding.
Platforms: WordPress is natively supported now. Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace are coming soon. Custom HTML/React sites receive a fix file for the developer.
3. How purchase works today
- You submit a plan request on the website (currently via a mailto message to us) or email the same details to hello@beyondizmai.co.uk.
- We send a Stripe payment link where payment is due.
- After a successful plan payment you complete the encrypted onboarding form (site URL and platform credentials). Do not send passwords on the public request form or by ordinary email. Credentials are held only for an ephemeral job (encrypted, TTL at most 7 days, deleted on complete) — not as a long-term password store.
- The automated system runs the purchased work and emails a PDF optimisation report. Success / confirmation steps do not collect credentials on this static site.
Service execution depends on successful payment. Failed or lapsed Technical Site Guard billing pauses scheduled audits until billing is restored.
4. Client warranties and access grant
By providing your website URL and (after payment only) backend or API credentials for an ephemeral repair job, you warrant that:
- you own the site or have clear permission from the owner to alter its code and media;
- you grant the automated system permission to access the platform, modify HTML/metadata/media as needed for the purchased work, and publish those changes; and
- you keep complete, up-to-date backups before any run. We are not liable for crashes, data loss, or hosting faults stemming from your platform or host configuration.
5. Payments and locked early rate
All payments go through Stripe (system of record for payment data when live; we do not mirror full customer databases). Core Technical Repair is billed as a one-off (£129). Technical Site Guard is billed monthly (£149 early-bird). The £200 in-person hour is billed upfront on Stripe. The business is cashless: no cash or manual off-platform payments for listed products. Prices are shown as plain £ only. This static site does not embed live Stripe Checkout or invent payment endpoints. Static return stubs live at pay/success.html and pay/cancel.html (production routes /pay/success and /pay/cancel); encrypted onboarding is app-hosted at /onboard/{token} and is not collected on the static landing.
Early-bird price: £149 per month. Your early-bird rate is locked for as long as your Technical Site Guard subscription stays active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current list price applies.
5a. Refund & Cancellation
You’re buying technical fixes we can apply — not rankings. Beyondizmai is a UK sole trader. Prices are in pounds sterling; we are not VAT-registered, so we don’t add VAT on invoices.
Core Technical Repair (£129 once)
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Asking us to start inside those 14 days means you request supply to begin early; you can still cancel within the cooling-off period and pay only for the work already done.
- After the cooling-off period, once Core is fully delivered (fixes applied and/or PDF sent): no change-of-mind refund.
- If we cannot connect after reasonable attempts, or we don’t deliver Core: full refund.
- Under the Consumer Rights Act, if the service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill or is not as described, you’re entitled to a fix or a partial/full refund as appropriate.
Technical Site Guard (£149/mo early-bird)
- Cancel any time by emailing hello@beyondizmai.co.uk from the address on your order. Cover continues to the end of the paid period; there is no mid-cycle pro-rata refund. Your early-bird rate stays locked only while the subscription stays active.
- On first signup you also have a 14-day cooling-off period. If Guard has already started running in that window with your request to begin early, a proportionate charge may apply for what has already been provided.
- If we cannot connect for a paid month, or the service fails for that month after access: that month is credited or refunded.
- Same CRA rights as above if Guard is not provided with reasonable care and skill or as described.
6. Meetings
Zoom and in-person meetings are optional and follow the protocols on the landing page: product focus, no price negotiation against published tiers, no cash, and no credential handovers in the room. Credentials belong only on encrypted onboarding after checkout.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyondizmai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, search-ranking changes, indexing issues, or revenue loss arising from automated changes or service execution. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have if you are contracting as a consumer.

Refunds and cancellations
Fair cancellations and cooling-off where the law requires them; once Core is fully delivered after cooling-off, that job is complete — no change-of-mind refunds. Guard cancels at period end (no mid-cycle pro-rata).
Full Refund & Cancellation wording is on the landing page FAQ.
