1. Our commitment

Beyondizmai aims to make this website usable for as many people as possible, including people with visual, hearing, cognitive, or motor impairments. We design and test towards the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, in support of the spirit of the UK Equality Act 2010. This statement describes intent and current practice; it is not a formal conformance claim or legal advice.

2. Measures on this site

• Keyboard access. Primary navigation, theme toggle, request form controls, and cookie banner actions are usable without a mouse. Visible focus styles are provided.
• Skip link. A “Skip to content” link moves keyboard users past the header.
• Colour and themes. Dark and light colour schemes are available; text is styled for readable contrast. You can switch scheme with the theme control (label uses UK “colour”).
• Structure. Pages use a clear heading order and meaningful link text in the legal footer.
• Motion. Decorative motion on the homepage respects prefers-reduced-motion where implemented.
• Images. Functional, non-decorative images are given descriptive alternative text where used.

3. Scope and limits

This statement covers the Beyondizmai marketing and legal pages in this package. Plan requests on the homepage currently use a mailto flow; payment then happens on Stripe. Accessibility of Stripe’s own checkout pages is controlled by Stripe. Encrypted onboarding after payment is a separate step and should be assessed on its own when that form is live.
